  • Employi is a homegrown, Australian business, led by female founders with extensive experience in the People and Culture sector. Our hands-on expertise has guided us in crafting a system and product tailored to meet your needs.

    Employi will reduce your manual workload through automated processes, it will simplify reporting to leadership, and we will prioritise your requirements in developing new features.

    Unlike larger corporations, we value your feedback and ideas, striving to swiftly implement them to enhance your experience with Employi.

  • We are able to connect with most HR Systems through API keys. If you have a custom built solution, or you would like to know if we integrate with your HRIS, please reach out to us to discuss.

  • Currently we integrate with Slack, and are in the process of working on a Microsoft Teams integration. If you are using Teams and are interested in adopting Employi, please reach out to us and we can discuss timeframes with you. If you use a different communication tool, please reach to discuss and we can investigate an integration.

  • To be set up for success, onboarding takes 4-6 weeks pending on the size of your business and how quickly you would like to launch Employi. We know how busy you are, so our process is streamlined, but with enough touch points and resources that you feel supported.

  • If you hire throughout the year, your new employees will be automatically updated as they are added into your HRIS and you will not need to pay for them until your contract renewal.

  • At this stage we don’t offer reward based features, but it is on our product road map.
